
Steve Sands is a seasoned coach and development leader with decades of experience both on the ice and behind the bench. As a player, he competed at the highest levels of minor hockey with Chinguacousy (Bramalea) AAA, Toronto Young Nationals and Toronto Red Wings before moving on to a strong Junior career, including time with the Bradford Bulls (Jr.C),
Vaughan Raiders (Jr.B), London Knights (OHL),
St Mikes Buzzers (Jr.B), Aurora Eagles (Jr.B)
and Bramalea Blues (Jr.A).
Steve transitioned into coaching in the mid-90s with the Toronto Red Wings and spent over 15 years with the Barrie Colts Minor Hockey Association, guiding players from U7 through U16 at the A and AA levels. His extensive coaching background is matched by his long-standing work in player development, beginning with Varsity Hockey School in Brampton in 1998 and continuing through the founding of South Simcoe Hockey School in 2005. Now leading 4 The Game, Steve brings unmatched experience, professionalism, and a development-first mindset to every session. His deep roots in the game, structured teaching style, and passion for player growth make him a trusted leader who consistently helps athletes reach their full potential.

Noah Sands is a confident, high-level coach with a strong playing résumé and a sharp feel for the game. Coming up through AA and AAA with the Barrie Colts, he went on to play in the PJHL with the New Hamburg Firebirds and Orillia Terriers, and now continues to compete at the University level at Lakehead-Orillia University. Noah brings a composed, professional presence to the bench, paired with a strong hockey IQ and deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. His ability to break down the game, connect with players, and push them to perform makes him a valuable asset to any development team. With a modern, detail-driven coaching style, he helps athletes grow their skill, confidence, and impact every time they step on the ice.
Jack Beck is a dynamic and effective coach, shaped by years of high-level playing experience and a steady climb through junior and collegiate hockey. After an impressive 60-point season in the PJHL and competing at the university level with Lakehead-Orillia, Jack has proven himself as a leader with exceptional hockey IQ and resilience. His journey as a player gives him a unique ability to guide, motivate, and relate to young athletes following a similar path.
